Welcome to the Middle School Spring 2018 Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign required waivers and forms, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

Students are also REQUIRED to pass a Swim Test  before practicing on the water, testing will be conducted at the Wilson Pool on April 3rd or April 5th from 3:45 - 5:45p.m. (See Wilson Crew website for more information).

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Wilson Crew Boosters.

In the event of financial hardship, Wilson Crew tries to offer scholarships whenever possible.  Please contact Wilson Crew at WilsonCrewDC@gmail.com *immediately* if you wish to apply for a full or partial scholarship. We will respond as soon as possible so that you can complete your registration, but please note that we cannot hold spots or guarantee that a spot in your preferred session will still be available.
